We understand that the current pandemic is creating even more concern in moving house and people entering your home. Therefore, we have taken steps to ensure safety and comfort at all times. All our colleagues will be wearing PPE including face masks and gloves if requested. We also offer a range of additional cleaning and disinfecting services to ensure that your new home is clean and safe.
We have the following steps in place to help you move safely:
Video Survey
Limit contact by asking us for a video survey to show us what needs moving via your smart phone.
Cover Up
Our team will wear PPE on request, including face masks and gloves.
Prepare your Property
Please wipe down your hard surfaces with bacterial spray before the team arrive.
Bring Your Own Pen
We will require a signature to confirm satisfaction once the job is complete! So please bring your own pen so we can reduce contamination.
Make a Plan
Together, we will draw up a plan of your new home to ensure we instantly know where everything should go.
Limit the Number of People
In our experience, friends and family do always like to help with your move. In these very uncertain times, however, we ask that you keep visitors to a minimum.
